Our Team

Sarju brings more than 10 years of experience as a quantitative financial analyst, industry research analyst, and risk analyst, with experience across domestic and international companies in a range of industries.

At Allegiance, Sarju is responsible for financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and prospective acquirer research. He also supports transaction teams by developing relationships with clients, prospects, and professional service providers.

Sarju plays an important role in mentoring and training interns on the firm’s research tools, databases, and best practices for identifying relevant targets for marketing campaigns. He also serves on the team responsible for implementing Allegiance’s AI program.

Sarju joined Allegiance in 2024. Originally from India, he has also lived in Singapore and Atlanta before moving to Texas in 2024. He and his wife enjoy traveling.

He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and dual M.S. degrees in Economics and Statistics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also earned an MBA and an M.S. in Finance, with a focus in Investment Banking, from the University of Dallas. Sarju holds a Series 79 license.
