Allegiance Capital represented B3R Country Meats, a family company started by Mary Lou Bradley and her mother Minnie Lou.  Providing high-quality meats with no added hormones or antibiotics, B3R had grown to be one of the most recognized fully integrated branded beef and cattle operations in the country, and their product drew national attention when B3R steaks were part of George W. Bush’s inaugural menu.  The company was sold to Petaluma Holdings, a portfolio company of Booth Creek Management.
