Nancy joined Allegiance Capital in 2014. Leveraging her experience in establishing robust referral networks among premier service providers serving the lower middle market, Nancy brings a genuine passion for working with owners of closely-held, private companies as they consider M&A strategies for monetizing their life’s work. She has proven herself to be a committed, value-added resource to both clients and partners alike.
Prior to joining Allegiance, Nancy served as Director for an SAP (NYSE: SAP) consulting company and was instrumental in setting up a global alliances and partnership program yielding revenue and growth for her company as well as the SAP ecosystem. Her involvement with the company comprised of assisting middle-market businesses in pre and post M&A activities including the selection, implementation, integration, and support of their ERP systems. Formerly, she served as a partner-relations manager for IBM (NYSE: IBM), helping partners drive sales.
Nancy attended Texas Tech University and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Mass Communications. She resides in Dallas, Texas and is actively involved in Redeemed Philippine Ministry, a non-profit organization focused on helping underprivileged children in the Philippines.
