Marcelo joined Allegiance Capital to head our Mexican Transactions division. He has in-depth knowledge of Mexican business culture and has created and implemented outreach plans to educate Mexican business owners on the benefits of investment banking financial advisory services.
Marcelo was most recently a Senior Merchandising Analytics Analyst for Radio Shack, where he directed all product life-cycle pricing activities and analysis for 9 categories worth $450 million. He was also responsible for providing customer insights through in-depth modeling and forecasting-based consumer behavior, competitive data and industry and market dynamics.
Marcelo has international business experience and has worked extensively in Monterrey, Mexico, where he was Expansion Manager for Monquimica, SA de CV, a paint and adhesives company. While there, he created and implemented new sales and distribution plans, planned and coordinated the opening of four new stores, and increased average monthly sales by 13%. He was also Founder and Partner of PW Imágenes en Exterior, SA de CV, which created innovated products for the outdoor advertisement industry.
Marcelo has a BS in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University and is a Professional MBA Candidate at the SMU Cox School of Business.
