Patrick joined the Chicago office of Allegiance Capital in 2012. He is experienced in working a middle market transaction from start to finish, managing a thorough and professional sales process that brings our clients competitive buyers and maximizes the value of the business. Patrick’s role includes leading the due diligence process, drafting pro forma financial statements and modeling transactions, managing virtual data rooms, and drafting marketing materials that showcase the strengths and growth prospects of our clients.
Patrick is skilled in constructing detailed financial models from the client’s historical financial data. These models are used to provide pro forma analysis of historical performance and project a company’s future performance, providing acquirers with the information needed to appropriately value a company. Allegiance also uses this type of financial modeling to analyze multiple transaction scenarios, and to compare competing bids and structures.
As an Associate at Livingstone Partners in Chicago, Patrick advised on several successful buy-side and sell-side deals in the industrial, telecom, healthcare, and consumer space. Prior to that, Patrick was an Associate at Lakeshore Food Advisors in Chicago, advising on the sale process for food and beverage clients. Patrick began his career in the insurance industry working as a consultant for Laurus Strategies and an underwriter for Metlife.
Patrick has a BA in Economics from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Accounting, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. He is a Level III CFA candidate and holds his Series 79 and 63 licenses.
