Nancy joined Allegiance Capital in 2014 to augment our business development efforts with her experience in developing trusted relationships with M&A clients on both the buy and sell-side. Nancy’s clients benefit from her experience with management buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth investments across a variety of industries with a special focus on: technology and telecom, manufacturing, transportation and logistics. Nancy spent several years assisting lower and middle-market companies as well as Fortune 1000 companies in pre and post M&A activities including the selection, implementation, and support of their ERP systems. She has also managed partner relations for IBM, helping clients drive sales.
